Rob Dennis

Prior to joining Lincoln Square, Rob was a senior manager at Bridgewater Associates responsible for human capital management and recruiting. He played a central role in building the firm's talent strategies and recruiting teams. Rob began his career at D. E. Shaw, where he was a member of the strategic growth team, creating and implementing creative competitive intelligence efforts. Rob has a Master of Arts from Florida State University and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in English and American Literature from Harvard University. He is a published poet and active in the arts community, sitting on the executive board of Fence/Fence Books, as well as on the Advisory board of the Millay Colony for the Arts.
